We collect account information, authentication details, uploaded documents, user-provided business data, usage analytics, and service operation information needed to run and secure the platform.

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate X CRE.OS, such as hosting, analytics, and authentication providers. Those parties may process information on our behalf subject to their contractual obligations.

We may use de-identified and aggregated information for analytics, product improvement, and benchmarking. This use is intended to support service quality without exposing identifiable customer information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
