Terms of Service
Effective date: April 19, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the X CRE.OS platform provided by Xcreos, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. By accessing or using X CRE.OS, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and beta access
X CRE.OS is offered on an invite-only beta basis to business users evaluating and operating real-estate investments. We may add, remove, suspend, or change beta functionality at any time, with or without notice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your team uses the service only for lawful internal business purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the documents, files, and other content you upload to X CRE.OS. You grant Xcreos, Inc. a limited license to host, store, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service.
De-identified improvement use
We may use de-identified and aggregated information derived from customer content and usage patterns to improve the product, analyze service performance, and produce benchmarking insights. We do not use identifiable customer content for unrelated secondary purposes in this beta baseline.
Product outputs and no professional advice
X CRE.OS provides decision-support outputs only. It does not provide appraisal, legal, tax, accounting, lending, or investment advice. Any calculations, summaries, or scenario outputs are estimates only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Suspension, termination, and disclaimers
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or if we decide to end or narrow the beta. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability and disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xcreos, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service.
Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, subject to any limited carveouts for equitable relief or claims that may be brought in small claims court. These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
